Project Management

At Epsilon, we recognize that managing a project efficiently and effectively is essential for achieving our client’s goals. The Project Manager is responsible for the usual:

(1) overall project planning, development, and scheduling,
(2) development and execution of a communication plan
(3) identification of problem areas, and
(4) providing informed solutions and assistance to the client
