(1) overall project planning, development, and scheduling,
(2) development and execution of a communication plan
(3) identification of problem areas, and
(4) providing informed solutions and assistance to the client

…to ensure that deliverables are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the project proposal and client need.
